"He's a Lady" on TBS

"He's a Lady" airs on TBS tonight. I just figured I'd mention it. If you don't know about the program its just another reality-type show, but involves Cross Dressing.

I'll probably watch it, just to see what avenue it takes, but the whole concept to me is kind of silly. You know, forcing some guys to dress up, then participate in a beauty contest. It kind of seems like something "jocks" or "lodge members" would do for a "hoot."

I kind of find it somewhat insulting, actually, so maybe I'm in the league with other members of the Transgendered Community on this issue.

Yeah, it'll probably get the network some good ratings for that time slot, but what does it really accomplish? Does it promote awareness...NO. I don't think it really promotes anything "positive," at all, but I could be wrong. We'll see.
