Post-Op Transsexual Photos and Videos

I'm very behind in the "Ask Karla" Department. Gerald asked awhile back if I had any videos of post-op Transsexuals. Sorry, Gerald, for taking so long to get back to you.

If you mean surgical videos of sex reassignment surgery, there ARE some available on the net. Many overseas SRS surgeons also post "before and after" photos on their websites, as well as pictures taken during the procedure. They are rather, lets say, graphic, OK? Some gals EVEN post their own "new" vagina photos on their websites, but you're going to have to hunt around for those.

If you are interested in some SEX pics and vids of post-op Transsexuals, I'm currently in the process of reviewing Trick or Tranny. There are some pretty hot post-ops over there.
