I've received a TON of email from my friends and valued readers as to why I have neglected this Blog and others. I most - DEFINITELY - appreciate your concern. There are several
reasons:
I have REALLY spent much time volunteering in relief efforts for recent hurricane victims. Blame it on my background in the news media. Believe me, such stress WILL burn anyone out - in MANY areas. No pat on the back needed, that's
just "what I do," OK?
On another issue, more related to the topic of THIS Blog, your friendly, jovial, and sexual Tranny has been extremely depressed. I have no escapades to share right now. No, Toto, we're not
in Kansas, anymore. (A bit of humour)
One of the reasons that I do THIS Blog - and others - is for your entertainment and infomational purposes, AND to try and make money to go towards my SRS in Thailand, seriously. Of course, MUCH of the income from my various internet sources has recently gone towards paying regular living expenses, including various doctor's bills from health issues from over a year ago. No, its not a "Karla Pitty Party." I have spent and STILL spend much of my time helping others, fuck, its a curse, right? I'm not looking for anybody's help, by the way.
Many of you would argue and say, "Well, since the internet takes so long, go out and get a REAL job." Lets see, Sweeties, I spent the majority of my life as a well respected member of the news media, and its pretty much ALL I know. Do you HONESTLY think (even with MY credentials) they are gonna give a Transsexual a job? Sorry, I was "outted" a few times at a few places I worked, it wasn't a pleasant experience...ONE that I do NOT want to repeat!
As far as working at a fast food restaurant, believe me, I look really silly in one of those little paper hats, LOL.
As a result, I WILL continue to "do what I do" and hope for the best, as least this shit pays the bills. And in the immortal words of Dr. Hunter S. Thompson: "It never got weird enough
for me!"
